Facility Rental Procedures
Welcome to our new Facility Rental procedures. All building and field rental requests are now done online - paper forms are no longer processed. Internet access and a valid e-mail address are required to rent any Northland Pines School District facility.
Follow the steps below to begin your facility rental request:
Step 1: Read about the rules, insurance requirements, and fees.
It is the responsibility of the Requestor to read and be familiar with the Policies, Fees, General Conditions, and Additional Regulations pertaining to the type of rental you are requesting. Per Policy, the requests must be made at least 10 days in advance.
Step 2: Check availability of the room(s) you are interested in using. Click on Facilities Calendar to view the availability.
If you have any questions or concerns about the space needed, contact the Main Office of the school you are interested in renting from. For a list of schools and contract information please click here.
Step 3: Create your Requester Account. You may skip this step if you have already created an account.
Click the following link to get to the Requester's login page OR visit the specific building you are requesting for assistance.
***DO NOT CHECK THE BOX THAT SAYS “I am requesting as a School Staff Member” *** because most of the time you are making a request on behalf of another organization.)
Step 4: Please send Documentation of insurance to firstname.lastname@example.org
Your account will be approved within (2) business days after insurance information is received. You will receive an e-mail from rSchooltoday upon approval of your account. If you don't receive an e-mail within (2) business days, try logging into your account to see if it's been activated.

Step 5: Once your account has been approved, you may now login to request a facility.
Click the link below to login and begin processing your facility request.
Facility requests are on a first come, first serve basis to the public. However, your request may be denied or cancelled in the event a NPSD school group/activity, needs the room in which you booked. The charges you may see are only an estimate and will be updated accordingly.
